300MW机组高背压供热改造方案及试验分析 预览

摘要 针对某300MW供热机组的汽轮机特性以及其所在热电厂的供热背景,分析了高背压改造存在的关键技术问题,提出了汽轮机本体及主要辅机的改造方案,并通过改造后的热力性能试验分析了高背压改造对机组性能的影响。分析得出,所采用的改造方案是可行性的,改造后机组节能降耗效果显著。机组供电煤耗由改造前的289. 48g/(k W·h)降至151. 04g/(k W·h),降低了47. 82%。 In this paper,according to the characteristics of the steam turbine of a 300 MW heating unit and the heating background of the thermal power plant where it is located,the key technical problems in the high-pressure reformation are analyzed,and the transformation plan of the turbine body and the main auxiliary equipment is proposed,and the heat energy after the transformation is proposed. The performance test analyzes the effect of high back pressure reformation on unit performance. The analysis shows that the reconstruction scheme adopted in this paper is feasible,and the energy saving and consumption reduction effect of the unit after transformation is significant. The net coal consumption of the unit reduced from 289. 48 g/( k W·h) before the transformation to 151. 04 g/( k W·h),a decrease of 47. 82%.
