Objective To study the clinical effects of the treatment of common chronic pain with Bulleyaconitine A tablets. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pain who were treated in our hospital between March 2017 and March 2018 were selected for analysis and analysis. Patients were divided into two groups, A and B, according to their disease status. Group A were patients with shoulder and lumbar and leg pain, group B were all patients with soft tissue and arthralgia. All patients were treated with Bulleyaconitine A tablets. The pain before and after treatment was compared between the two groups of patients and the treatment effects of the two groups of different diseases. Results In terms of total treatment efficiency, the two groups of patients were all higher, with no significant difference（P〈0.05）. The pain in the two groups after treatment with Bulleyaconitine A tablets was significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of Bulleyaconitine A tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on common chronic pain, significantly reduces the pain of patients and improves the prognosis of patients. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
