三甲医院医技学科与临床学科融合发展模式探讨 预览 被引量:2

摘要 针对三甲医院学科发展中存在的“重临床轻医技”意识明显、对医务人员专业素养要求高、学科之间缺少沟通共享平台、学科机制建设不健全问题和挑战,结合医院实际情况,从建立医技科室和临床科室的工作沟通机制、建立专科疾病的多学科联合会诊讨论机制、建立医技科室和临床科室专业学术交流培训机制、建立服务能力和服务质量的评价机制四个方面对三甲医院医技学科和临床学科融合发展模式进行探讨,旨在提升医院医疗服务能力和医疗质量,为患者提供“优质、高效、低耗、满意、放心”的医疗服务。 Aimed at existing problems and challenges of "heavy clinical light medical technology", high professional quality of medical personnel, lack of communication and sharing platform in the subject development and the construction of the discipline mechanism is not perfect for grade 3A hospital, the integrated development models of medical technology and clinical disciplines are explored from the four aspects, there are establishing working communication mechanism between med- ical technology depamnents and clinical depamnents, establishing a multidiseiplinary consultation mechanism for specialist diseases, establishing a professional academic exchange training mechanism and establishing the evaluation mechanism of service ability and service quality. The purpose is to enhance the medical service ability and medical quality of the grade 3A hospital, and provide the medical service of "high quality, high efficiency, low consumption, satisfaction and reassurance" to the patients.
