一种新型色谱分析用缓冲液组分的合成及结构表征 预览

摘要 设计了一种新型的组合缓冲溶液,创新性地采用长亲水链段的胺类(组分A)与磷酸试剂组合,该类型缓冲液可以有效避免盐作为缓冲溶液对液相色谱仪的堵塞问题。本文以聚乙二醇单甲醚为原料,采用离去法合成新型缓冲液组分A,通过对胺化反应条件的优化筛选,液相收率可以达到87%。我们对中间产物和终产物结构进行了液相、核磁氢谱和红外光谱表征。同时还采用反滴定法对相应的产物胺值进行了测定,所合成产物的胺化率在90%以上。 A new type of combined buffer solution was designed, which combined amines of long hydrophilic segments (component A ) with phosphoric acid reagents. This new type of buffer could effectively avoid the blocking problem as a buffer solution brought to liquid chromatograph. Using polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether as raw material, the new buffer solution A was synthesized by the method of departure. By optimizing the reaction conditions of amination, the yield of liquid phase could reach 87%. The structures of intermediates and final products were characterized by liquid phase, ^1 H NMR and IR spectrum. At the same time, the amine value of the corresponding product was determined by reverse titration, and the amination rate of the synthesized product was above 90%.
