目的了解2017年淮安市基层疾病预防控制机构专业技术人员职业倦怠的现状及其影响因素,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用网络问卷调查方式,自编一般人口学资料问卷和国际通用职业倦怠通用量表（MBI-GS）对淮安市基层疾病预防控制机构专业技术人员的职业倦怠情况进行调查。结果共收集到有效问卷287份,职业倦怠的总体检出率为69.3%,轻度倦怠41.5%,中度倦怠27.9%,高度倦怠3.5%;年龄、学历、职称、职务、每日处于紧张工作状态时间及健康状况是职业倦怠重要因素（P〈0.05）。结论 2017年淮安市基层疾病预防控制机构专业技术人员的工作倦怠检出率较高,工作倦怠状况不容乐观,每日处于紧张工作状态〉4 h和患慢性病人员职业倦怠比较严重;学会自我调节进行有效的情绪管理,完善管理制度采取适当的激励机制可以减轻基层疾病预防控制机构专业技术人员职业倦怠。
[Objective] To understand the status and influencing factors of job burnout among the professional technicians in grassroots centers for disease prevention and control of Huai＇an City in 2017, provide basis for developing the intervention measures.[Methods] Using the network questionnaire survey, the elf-designed questionnaire about demographic data and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey（ MBI-GS） were applied to investigate the job burnout of professional technicians in grassroots centers for disease prevention and control of Huai＇an City.[Results] A total of 287 valid questionnaires were collected. The total detection rate of job burnout was 69.3%, and the rate of mild burnout, moderate burnout and severe burnout was 41.5%, 27.9% and 3.5%, respectively. Age, education, professional title, position, daily working hours and health status were important factors of job burnout（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The detection rate of job burnout is higher among professional technicians in grassroots center for disease prevention and control of Huai＇an City in 2017, and the job burnout situation is not optimistic. The professional technicians who are in a tension working condition more than four hours and have the chronic diseases suffer from severe job burnout. Carrying out effective emotional management by self regulation and taking appropriate incentive mechanism by completing the management system can reduce job burnout among professional technicians in grassroots center for disease prevention and control.
