富水地层双线小净距土压平衡盾构开挖面稳定性研究 预览

Study on the Excavation Face Stability of Small Interval Double-line Earth Pressure Balance Shield Tunnel in Water-rich Stratum

摘要 为研究富水地层双线小净距土压平衡盾构隧道开挖面的扰动行为和稳定性,基于屈服接近度的概念.提出开挖面稳定性分析方法;并结合广佛环线沙堤隧道工程,分析不同纵向开挖间距下双线隧道施工时,先行隧道开挖面的掺流场分布、应力场扰动和极限支护压力差异性。研究结果表明,随着纵向开挖间距的增大,先行隧道开挖面的水压力分布趋向于以隧道中心为轴线呈近似对称分布,后行隧道开挖引起的先行隧道开挖面的渗透力较小:屈服接近度可以从应力扰动的角度反应隧道施工对于土体的扰动程度和开挖面稳定性的影响;对于富水地层双线小净距土压平衡盾构隧道,不同纵向开挖间距下先行隧道开挖面的极限支护压力差别不大。 In order to study the disturbance behavior and stability of the excavation face of small interval double-line earth pressure balance shieht tunnel in water-rich composite stratum, a stability analysis method for excavation taee is put forward based on the concept of yield approaching degree, and with ret)renee to the Shadi shield tunnel on Guangzhou-Foshan ring railway, the seepage pressure distribution, the disturbance of stress field and the difference of ultimate support pressure at the excavation face of the former tunnel under dift)rent longitudinal excavation spacing are analyzed. The results indicate that with the increase of the longitudinal spacing, the distribution of the water pressure at the excavation face tends to be approximately symmetrical along the axis of the tunnel, and the seepage three at the excavation face of the former tunnel caused by the excavation of the later tunnel is smaller. The disturbance degree and stability of the excavation face can be reflected by yield approach index from the angle of stress disturbance. For small interval double-line earth pressure balance shield tunnel in water-rich stratum, there is little difference in the ultimate supporting pressure of former tunnel excavation face under differenI longitudinal excavation spacing.
