“1+1”同伴招募机制运用成效分析

摘要 目的通过对杭州地区2014—2017年工作人员电话和"1+1"同伴招募初次成分献血人群统计,分析两种机制下的初次成分献血者在献血稳定性、捐献合格率上的差异,并探讨"1+1"同伴招募机制的优势,利用现有的固定成分献血人群,完善"1+1"同伴招募工作,壮大固定成分献血队伍,更好的满足临床血液供给。方法对2014—2017年工作人员电话和"1+1"同伴招募初次成分献血人群进行统计,对比分析两种机制下献血人群的捐献合格率、平均献血频次,结果采用SPSS 19. 0统计软件包进行数据分析。结果 2014—2017年"1+1"同伴招募成分献血者的平均献血合格率为90. 7%,显著大于电话招募成分献血者的平均献血合格率63. 2%(P〈0. 001)。"1+1"同伴招募成分献血者平均献血频次为3. 98人次,大于所有初次成分献血者平均献血频次1. 69人次。结论 "1+1"同伴招募初次成分献血者在捐献合格率和献血稳定性上明显优于工作人员电话招募,能够较大程度发挥同伴带动、宣传的作用,但目前通过"1+1"同伴招募的献血者占比仍旧较低,推广力度不够,应充分发挥同伴招募的优势,完善激励机制,进一步完善和扩大推广应用,满足临床充足、安全的血液供应需求。 Objective Analyse the differences of blood donation stability and qualified rate of first-time blood donors in Hangzbou area from 2014 to 2017 by analyzing the first-time component blood donation population recruited by telephone and the "1 + 1" peer recruitment in Hangzhou area, and analyzed the difference between the first component blood donors under the two mechanisms in terms of blood donation stability and qualified rate. The advantages of "1+ 1" peer recruitment mechanism were discussed, and the existing fixed component blood donors were used to perfect and strengthen the " 1 + 1" peer recruitment, to strengthen the construction of fixed component blood donation team, and to better meet the clinical blood supply. Methods From 2014 to 2017, the number of first-time component blood donors recruited by telephone and "1 + 1" peer recruitment were analyzed. According to the year analysis, the qualified rate and frequency of blood donation were compared and analyzed under the two mechanisms. The results were analyzed by SPSS 19. 0 statistical software package.Results Com- pared with 2014 to 2017, the average qualified rate of blood donation of " 1+ 1" peer blood donors was 90. 7%, which was significantly higher than that of telephone donors 63.2% ( P〈0. 001 ). The annual frequency of blood donation by " 1 + 1" peer recruits was 3.98 times per year, which was higher than that of all first-time blood donors 1.69 times. Conclusion In terms of qualification rate and stability of blood donation, the first-time component blood donors recruited by " 1 + 1" peer recruitment are obviously superior to those who recruit blood donors by telephone, and it can play the role of peer driven and propagandizing to a greater extent. However, at present, the proportion of blood donors recruited through "1 + 1" peer recruitment is still relatively low, and the promotion is deficient.
