护患沟通对儿科门诊预分诊中提高家属满意度的影响 预览

The Effect of Nurse-patient Communication on Improving Paternity Satisfaction in Pre-diagnosis of Pediatric Outpatients

摘要 目的:探讨护患沟通在儿科门诊预分诊中的优化应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年7月-2017年8月96例儿科门诊患儿,数字随机抽取分成观察组与对照组,对照组采用普通询问回答预分诊,观察组采取护患沟通预分诊模式,观察两组患儿家属满意度。结果:观察组患儿家属对门诊预分诊总满意度为95.83%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:护患沟通在儿科门诊预分诊中的应用效果显著,可提高患儿家属满意度,值得推广使用。 ObjectiveTo explore the optimal value of nurse-patient communication in pre-diagnosis of pediatric outpatients.Method:From July 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital,96 children with pediatric outpatients were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group used ordinary inquiry to answer pre-divisional consultation,and the observation group took care of patients and patients to communicate pre-fractionation.Mode, the satisfaction of family members of the two groups was observed.Result: The degree of satisfaction of the family members of the observation group for the pre-divisional diagnosis of the outpatient clinic was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the difference was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The application of nurse-patient communication in pre-diagnosis in pediatric out-patient clinics has a significant effect,which can improve the degree of satisfaction of the family members of the children and is worthy of promotion.
