基于注塑样件制造的3D打印设备研究 预览

摘要 3D打印技术与传统产业的融合已经成为3D打印技术发展的一个趋势,本文探究了一种的新型熔融沉积式3D打印设备与注塑领域的应用结合,该设备可用于注塑产品在设计阶段的样件制作,以便省去样品制造阶段所需的模具制造过程,实现缩短研发周期降低研发成本的目的。同时本文还对设备的主要组成及技术特点进行了阐述,为3D打印技术的研发和应用提供了一条新思路。 Combined with the traditional industry has become a trend in the development of 3D printing technology. This paper explores a new kind of Fused Deposition Modeling 3D Printing devices which can be used in the feld of injection molding. It is used to the injection molding industry during the phase of design, in order to eliminate the mold manufacturing process for sample manufacturing, with the purpose of shorten the design cycle and reduce cost. At the same time, the paper describes the composition and technical characteristics of the equipment. In addition, it provids a new direction for researching and developing 3D printing technology.
