阴离子羧甲基淀粉钠对模压可燃药筒性能的改进 预览 被引量:1

Performance Improvement of Molded Combustible Cartridge Cases by Addition of Anionic Sodium Carboxymethyl Starch

摘要 为提高可燃药筒中二氧化钛填料的留着率,在配方中引人阴离子羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS),试制了两个可燃药筒样品,并进行了浆料固体填料分散情况、药筒力学性能和燃烧性能的测试研究。结果表明:对比传统可燃药筒,添加质量分数为1%的阴离子CMS的试样中,二氧化钛填料的留着率、抗拉强度和燃烧结束时间分别提高了50.0%、32.3%和106.1%,最大压力梯度降低了63.2%。说明阴离子CMS显著提高了二氧化钛填料的留着率,达到了降低可燃药筒燃速的目的。 In order to improve retention rate of TiO2filler in molded combustible cartridge cases,anionic sodium carboxymethyl starch(CMS)was added in the formulas,and two combustible cartridge samples were prepared.Dispersion of TiO2filler in the slurry,mechanical properties and combustion performance of the molded combustible cartridge cases were tested.Results show that the retention rate of TiO2filler,tensile strength and burning-off time,in the formulation with1%weigh ratio of anionic CMS,are increased by50.0%,32.3%,and106.1%respectively,compared to those of tradi-tional samples.Moreover,the maximum pressure gradient is reduced by63.2%.These indicate that the addition of anionic CMS could significantly improve retention rate of TiO2filler,enabling to reduce the burning rate of molded combustible car-tridge cases.
