Application of BIM Technology to 112m Simply-Supported Steel Truss Girder in Henggang Islet Shallow Water Area of Hutong Changjiang River Bridge

摘要 沪通长江大桥为沪通铁路的控制性工程,钢桥较多,钢桥制造对大桥工程质量影响巨大。为提高大桥钢桥制造效率和质量,以大桥横港沙浅水区112 m简支钢桁梁桥(主桁为焊接的整体节点构造,节点外杆件采用高强度螺栓连接)为例,基于Tekla Structures软件,对该桥钢结构BIM技术应用进行研究。Tekla Structures软件相对传统制图软件具有高效、准确、直观及多用户协作工作等显著功能,通过软件的3D建模、碰撞校核、杆件编号、图纸生成、材料清单编制等功能运用,完成编制加工图纸、装配图、材料采购报表等;在此基础功能上进行Tekla Structures软件工艺余量添加、焊缝跟踪系统的二次开发,指导钢结构工厂内材料排版下料、焊接地图及清单编制。基于Tekla Structures软件的BIM技术应用大大提高了钢结构制造的质量、速度,节约了劳动力成本,避免了人为因素引起的差错。 The Hutong Changjiang River Bridge is a control project on the Shanghai-Nantong Railway and the majority of the bridges in this project are steel bridges.The manufacture of the steel bridges will exert great influence on the quality of the bridge project.To improve the efficiency and quality of the manufacture of the steel bridges,the simply-supported steel truss girder bridge with spans of 112 m in the Henggangsha Islet shallow water area was taken as an example.The main truss is a structure with welded integral panel points,and the components,except the panel points,are connected by high strength bolts.Based on the Tekla Structures,the application of BIM technology to the steel structure of the bridge was studied.Compared with the traditional graphics software,Tekla Structures software is more efficient,accurate and intuitional,and it offers the platform for multiuser collaboration.In this system,the preparation of processing drawings,assembling drawings and the material procurement reports can be done via the practices of a series of functions,such as the three-dimensional model establishement,collision checking,members numbering,drawings generation and material lists compilation.Based on these basic functions,the secondary development of the Tekla Structures were carried out by adding the craft allowances and welds tracking system,to direct the material spreading,compilation of welding maps and lists.The application of the BIM technology based on the Tekla Structures greatly improves the manufacturing quality and speed of the structure,reduces the costs of work forces and avoids the human errors.
