STIM1基因与头颈部肿瘤关系的研究进展 预览

摘要 钙信号在多种肿瘤细胞的代谢中起重要作用,钙库操纵性钙离子内流(SOCE)是非兴奋性细胞中Ca2+内流的主要机制,维持细胞内钙离子穗态。基质相互作用分子l(STIMl)为SOCE的核心蛋白之一,有着内质网钙离子感受器和细胞内SOCE激发器双重作用。大量国内外文献报道,STIM1基因表达异常与人类多种肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭、预后等多项病理指标有很高的相关性,本文复习了相关文献,对STIM1的结构功能及与头颈部肿瘤的相关研究进行综述。 Calcium signaling plays an important role in the metabolism of many tumor cells.Non-excita-tory cells(including tumor cells)maintain intracellular calcium homeostasis mainly through Store-operated cal-cium entry(SOCE).stromal interaction molecule 1(STIM1),a key component of SOCE,acts not only as a sensor of endoplasmic reticulum calcium concentration but also in intracellular SOCE activation.A large number of domestic and foreign studies have shown that STIM1 gene expression abnormalities and a variety of human tu-mor occurrence,development,invasion,prognosis and many other pathological indicators have a high correla-tion,this review of the literature,the structure and function of STIM1 and the neck Department of tumor relat-ed research are reviewed.
