船舶加筋板结构参数化建模和分析的PCL二次开发 预览

摘要 以MSC.Patran为开发平台,利用PCL语言生成了加筋板结构参数化建模和分析所需要的用户界面。由菜单和窗口输入可以改变的结构尺寸、网格数值、材料属性、边界条件等参数,实现了加筋板结构建模过程中梁截面的自动生成和骨材数量及位置的快速定义,缩短了加筋板结构建模和分析的时间。引入中文界面。介绍菜单和窗口生成、数据传递的过程。最后,以生成加筋板的静力分析问题进行了测试。 The user interface for parametric modeling and analysis of the stiffened plate structure was developed by using the MSC.Patran command language(PCL).The automatic generation of beam cross-section and rapid definition of the number and location of aggregate during parameterized modeling of the stiffened plate structure were realized by the date input such as model size,grid value,material property and boundary condition by the menu and window,which greatly reduces the time of the parametric modeling and analysis.Chinese interfaces were applied in the above procedures.Some problems including the generation of user interface and window,the transmission of the date were discussed.The method was tested by a static analysis of the generated local stiffened plate structure of ship’s deck.
