电感耦合等离子体发射光谱定量分析的节样省时探索 预览

Exploration on time and sample saving mode for quantitative analysis by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrum

摘要 分析前处理稀释倍数及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)进样过程中信号采集延迟时间和采样留置时间对测定结果的影响,寻求满足定量分析要求的最小进样量;通过标准曲线相关系数、日内精密度、日间精密度、加标回收实验和人血清标准物质测定等方法学实验,验证并评价所建方法的准确性与可靠性。结果表明,该研究所建方法较仪器默认检测方法节省80%的进样量和74%的检测时间,且检测结果准确、可靠,或可用于婴幼儿指血中多元素定量分析。 The preprocessing dilution multiple and the influence of the delay time of signal acquisition and the sampling retention time on the measurement results the dilution multiple of pretreatment and the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)during the sampling process are analyzed in order to seek the minimum sampling quantity to meet the requirements of the quantitative analysis.Through the methodological experiments of the standard curve correlation coefficient,intraday precision,daytime precision,standard recovery experiment,human serum reference material determination,etc.,the accuracy and reliability of the method are verified and evaluated.The results show that the proposed method saves 80%of the sampling amount and 74%of the detection time compared with the instrument default detection method,and the detection results are accurate and reliable,or they can be used for quantitative analysis of multiple elements of infants’finger blood.
