铁素体不锈钢与耐候钢塞焊接头的组织与疲劳性能 预览

Microstructure and fatigue property of the plug welding joint of ferritic stainless steel and weathering resistance steel

摘要 采用ER308焊丝对1.5mm厚1.4003铁素体不锈钢与3mm厚Q345NQR2耐候钢进行塞焊试验,对塞焊接头进行显微组织分析、显微硬度测试以及脉动拉伸疲劳试验。结果表明:塞焊接头熔核区组织为δ铁素体+奥氏体,1.4003不锈钢热影响区组织为块状铁素体,晶粒度3~4级,晶粒长大现象较为明显,Q345NQR2钢热影响区组织为珠光体+少量铁素体;熔核区硬度最高,1.4003不锈钢侧热影响区硬度较熔核区略有下降,而Q345NQR2侧热影响区硬度明显上升;塞焊接头在循环寿命1×107条件下的中值疲劳强度为1.675kN,疲劳裂纹启裂于两板间的熔核区边缘,原因是该处受到拉应力与剪应力的双重作用。 Plug welding experiment is carried out with ER308 welding wires for1.5 mm ferritic stainless steel 1.4003 and 3 mm weathering resistance steel.The microstructure analysis,microhardness test and pulsating tensile fatigue test of plug welding joints are carried out.The result shows that the microstructure of nugget zone of plug welding joint isδferrite+austenite,the microstructure of heat-affected zone(HAZ)of stainless steel 1.4003 is granular ferrite,grain size is 3~4 class,and the grain growth phenomenon is relatively obvious.The microstructure of HAZ of Q345NQR2 steel is pearlite+a small amount of ferrite.The hardness of nugget zone is the highest,and the hardness of side HAZ of stainless steel 1.4003 is slightly lower than that of the nugget zone,while the hardness of side HAZ of Q345NQR2 significantly increases.Under the condition of cycle life of 1×107,the median fatigue strength of plug welding joint is 1.675 kN,and the fatigue cracks start at the edge of nugget zone between the two plates,the main reason is that this place is affected by both tensile stress and shear stress.
