大气细颗粒污染物对心肌功能性损伤恢复影响研究 预览

摘要 详细分析了大气细颗粒污染物的主要有机成分、颗粒物粒径主体分布特征;从城市环境可见度、大气环境等方面详细介绍了大气细颗粒污染物对自然环境的严重破坏;结合国家环境部和交通部发布的空气环境和城市机动车尾气排放量数据,详细分析了大气细颗粒污染物对城市密集人群,人体健康尤其是人体心肌功能性损伤和对心肺功能疾病的恢复性影响,提出了相应保护改革意见;以中国陕西省咸阳市为对象进行实证分析,详细调查了大气细颗粒污染物对咸阳市生态环境和市民心肌功能损伤和恢复的影响。应用现代环境保护措施降低咸阳市大气细颗粒污染物大气含量以后,城市人群心肌功能性损伤比例降低18%左右,心肌功能性损伤恢复时间平均缩短24%,可以确定大气细颗粒污染物对城市生活环境以及城市人群心肌功能性损伤恢复具有明显影响。 The main organic components and particle size distribution characteristics of fine particulate pollutants in the atmosphere were analyzed in detail.The serious damage to the natural environment was introduced in detail from the urban environmental visibility and atmospheric environment,and the air environment and urban mobility issued by the Ministry of environment and the Ministry of communication were combined.According to the data of vehicle exhaust emissions,the detailed analysis of the effects of atmospheric fine particulate pollutants on urban dense population,human health,especially the functional damage of human myocardium and the recovery of cardiopulmonary disease.It puts forward the corresponding protection reform opinions,taking the Xianyang city of Shaanxi Province in China as the object of empirical analysis and investigating the atmosphere in detail.The effects of fine particulate pollutants on the ecological environment and the damage and recovery of myocardial function in Xianyang city were studied.The experimental data show that after the application of modern environmental protection measures to reduce the atmosphere content of fine particulate pollutants in Xianyang,the proportion of myocardial functional damage in urban population is reduced by about18%,and the recovery time of functional damage of myocardium is shortened by24%.The fine particulate pollutants can determine the urban living environment and urban population heart disease.The recovery of muscle functional injury has an obvious effect.
