女性尖锐湿疣患者阴道微生态与疣体数量及预后的相关性研究 预览

摘要 目的研究女性尖锐湿疣(Condyloma acuminatum,CA)患者的阴道微生态环境与疣体数量及治疗预后的相关性。方法江南大学附属医院确诊的女性CA患者78例根据疣体数量分为A、B、C三组,根据治疗后复发状况分为治愈及复发两组。取患者阴道分泌物检测菌群密集度、多样性、优势菌及其他病原体评价其微生态环境。结果从A到C三组间菌群正常密集度及多样性构成比依次降低,而细菌性阴道病(BV)及其他阴道感染构成比依次增高(P<0.05);治愈组者菌群正常密集度及多样性构成比明显高于复发组,BV构成比明显低于复发组(P<0.05)。结论女性CA患者阴道微生态环境异常对疣体数量及治疗后复发率具有一定影响。 Objective To study the correlation between the vaginal micro-ecological environment and the number of warts and prognosis of treatment in female patients with Condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods 78 female CA patients were divided into groups A,B and C according to the number of warts.According to the recurrence status after treatment,they were divided into two groups:cure and relapse.The vaginal micro-ecological environment of the patient was evaluated by measuring the concentration,diversity,dominant bacteria and other pathogens of the patient's vaginal secretion.Results The normal concentration and diversity composition ratio of the three groups from A to C decreased successively,while the composition of bacterial vaginopathy(BV)and other vaginal infections increased successively(P<0.05).The normal concentration and diversity composition ratio of the bacteria in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the recurrence group,and the BV composition ratio was significantly lower than that in the recurrence group(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal vaginal microecological environment of female CA patients has certain influence on the number of warts and the recurrence rate after treatment.
