应力条件下Corten钢和ND钢的低温腐蚀行为研究 预览

Study on the low-temperature corrosion behavior of the Cortan and ND steel under stress condition

摘要 由于锅炉尾部受热面区段的烟气及壁面温度比较低,省煤器、空气预热器等设备的腐蚀现象严重。为了研究温度、应力、硫酸溶液对材料低温腐蚀的性能影响,本实验选用锅炉低温受热面常用钢材作为研究对象,实验室模拟腐蚀环境做低温浸泡腐蚀实验,并重点讨论了ND钢和Corten钢的腐蚀特性,结合SEM手段研究该合金的腐蚀产物相、截面形貌特征、成分分布,试探究合金材料在模拟环境中的腐蚀行为和腐蚀机理。将温度设置为30、40、50℃,硫酸浓度设置为15%、20%、25%,施加5MPa的应力。时间设置为12h,用电子摄像头检测试样拉断的时间。通过不同工况的对比可以看出其他条件不变时,单一变量对腐蚀的定性影响。通过实验发现,温度一定时,2种钢材的无应力工况腐蚀速率随着浓度升高先升高再处于平缓,有应力工况腐蚀速率普遍高于无应力的,但是在20%浓度时腐蚀速率有所下降。ND钢在无应力时相同条件下腐蚀速率低于Corten钢,但施加应力后腐蚀速率增幅较大,甚至略高于Corten钢。 In view of the relatively low temperature of the flue gas and wall in the rear heat recovery surface of the boiler,the economizer,air preheater and other equipment are faced with serious corrosion.In order to study the influence of temperature,stress and sulfuric acid solution on the low temperature corrosion of the alloy,we chose common steel of boiler low temperature heating surface as our experimental object,simulated the corrosive environment via immersion corrosion test,focused on the corrosion behavior of ND and Corten steel and then detected the specimens by SEM to test the corrosion layer morphology and elemental composition.Setting 30℃,40℃,50℃as the temperature,set 15%,20%,25%as the concentration of sulfuric acid,applied 5MPa as the stress.The total test time was supposed to be 12h,and an electronic camera was arranged to detect the point-in-time of the cracking.From the comparison of the different conditions,the qualitative effect of the single variable on the corrosion could be found.According to experiments,we found that the corrosion rate of two kinds of the specimens increased at first and then become stable with the increasing of concentration.The corrosion rate of the specimens applied with stress is higer than which without stress,but the corrosion rate of those specimens would decreased when concentration is 20%.The corrosion rate of ND is lower than Corten steel without stress,when applied with 5MPa stress,the corrosion rate of ND increases faster than Corten steel.
