摘要 随着电力市场改革的深入,售电侧逐步放开,电力客户对供电质量的要求越来越高,供电所直接面对基层员工、面对客户,管理难度加大。为加快服务转型,由被动应对变主动服务,需全面、准确掌握电力客户的用电需求、供电质量等基本信息,同时亟需提高员工的综合技能、工作积极性、提升供电所优质服务水平,打造全能型供电所。 with the deepening of the electricity market reform, the sales side is gradually liberalized, and the power customers’ demand for the power supply quality is higher and higher. The power supply directly faces the grass-roots employees and faces customers, so the management is more difficult. In order to speed up the service transformation, from a passive response to the change of active service, comprehensive and accurate grasp of all power customer demand for electricity, power quality and other basic information, at the same time, to improve the comprehensive skills of the staff's work enthusiasm, enhance the power level of service, to create a universal power supply.
