基于原位界面电学特征的膜污染迁移 预览

Membrane fouling migration based on in-situ interface electrical characteristics

摘要 为了对过滤过程中出现的膜污染迁移现象准确定义并且确定在一定的实验条件下膜纤维的有效过滤部分,基于电阻抗图谱技术和Zeta电位检测技术研究在中空纤维膜死端恒通量过滤模式下存在的膜污染迁移过程及膜纤维长度对其产生的影响.结果表明:膜污染迁移过程的定义为在中空纤维膜过滤系统中轴向空间上不同位置的污染程度重新分配的现象.当纤维长度较短时,膜污染重新分配的过程较快发生,较容易发生污染迁移现象.当纤维长度较长时,不会出现污染迁移现象,并且由于末段的抽吸力严重不足,导致末段膜纤维成为无效的过滤部分,降低过滤效率.操作通量为20L(/m^2·h)时,纤维长度1.8m的膜有效过滤部分长1.2m,污染迁移现象不明显。 In order to accurately define the phenomenon of membrane fouling migration and determine the effective filtration part of membrane fiber in a certain experiments, the process of membrane fouling migration and the effect of fiber length during the constant flux dead-end filtration mode of hollow fiber membrane were studied by using the electrical impedance spectrogram technology and Zeta potential detection technology. Results show that the process of membrane fouling migration is defined as the fouling degree redistribution in the different position of axial space. When the fiber length is shorter, the membrane fouling redistribution process is faster and the fouling migration is easier. When the fiber length is longer, fouling migration will not occur, and the end membrane fiber reduces the filtration efficiency due to the serious insufficiency of suction force at the end of the membrane, and results in the end of the membrane fiber becomes invalid. At operating flux of 20 L/(m^2·h), the effective filtration part of 1.8m membrane fiber is 1.2m, and the membrane fouling migration is not obvious.
