超高层筏板基础大体积混凝土温度场分布现场试验研究

Field Experimental Study on Temperature Distribution of Mass Concrete in Super High-Rise Raft Foundation

摘要 通过对某超高层筏板基础大体积混凝土浇筑养护过程进行温度实时监控试验,研究了混凝土水化热温度场在竖向、横向以及不同厚度处的实际分布规律。在基础不同厚度区域9350mm、4500mm和2700mm采取了"下密上疏"和"中密边疏"的监测层位布置方案,利用全自动温度巡检仪实时记录温度变化。结果表明,大体积混凝土最高温出现于竖向方向距离底层向上2000mm处左右,横向方向位于散热方式较少的中心处,随着混凝土厚度的增加,混凝土的最高温度也升高。当混凝土开始降温时,混凝土温度下降速率由快到慢依次是顶层、中心层、底层。该结果可为超高层筏板基础大体积混凝土的温度控制及施工养护提供理论参考。 By real-time monitoring on temperature change of super high-rise mass concrete raft foundation during concrete pouring and curing,the actual distribution of the hydration temperature field of concrete in vertical,horizontal and different thicknesses were studied.With automatic temperature inspection instrument the experiment had adopted the"monitor point close to lower edge of foundation dense and close to top edge foundation sparse"and"monitor in the middle part of foundation dense and in the side of foundation sparse"schemes to monitor the temperature change in different thickness areas(9 350 mm,4 500 mm and 2 700 mm).The results showed that the maximum temperature in the vertical direction of mass concreted occurred in about 2 000 mm upwards from the bottom layer,and the maximum temperature in transverse direction was located in the center where the heat dissipation mode was less.As the thickness of the concrete increased,the maximum temperature of the concrete also increased.When the temperature of the concrete started to decrease,the descending rate of the concrete temperature from fast to slow was the top layer,the center layer,and the bottom layer.This result can provide a theoretical reference for temperature control and construction maintenance of mass concrete.
