针灸调节阿尔茨海默病患者线粒体SIRT3机制初探 预览

摘要 AD发病机制非常复杂,可严重威胁人类的健康,给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。线粒体功能障碍与AD的发病有密切关系。沉默信息调节因子3(SIRT3)作为一种依赖NAD+的去乙酰化酶,与线粒体多种生物学功能密切相关。已有的证据表明,SIRT3可以通过其去乙酰化作用在AD的发生和发展中具有重要作用。本文对SIRT3的线粒体定位,调节作用等进行阐述,以进一步探讨其在AD中的保护作用及可能的机制,为针刺更好地防治AD提供理论依据。 Alzheimer’s disease,the mechanism of which is complicated,is one of the diseases seriously threatening people’s health and causes heavy burden to families and society.The occurrence of this disease is closely related with the dysfunction of mitochondria.As a kind of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide dependent deacetylases,Silent information regulator 3(SIRT 3)is located in mitochondria and has been involved in a wide range of mitochondrial biological functions.The existing research results show that by deacetylation of SIRT 3 it may play an important role in the onset and development of AD.In this paper,we review the mitochondrial localization and metabolic regulation of SIRT3 in AD,and further provide the theoretical basis of Acupuncture in prevention and treatment of AD.
