基于有限元法的内压容器封头局部屈曲分析 预览

Localized buckling analysis of internal pressure vessel head based on finite element method

摘要 采用有限元法分析了压力容器筒体与封头连接区的应力分布规律以及封头局部屈曲失稳.结果表明,在相同内压下,壁厚较大时压力容器的临界屈曲载荷较大,即结构较稳定不易出现局部屈曲;随着施加内压的增大,封头与筒体连接区的应力分布规律不变,而应力最大值与最小值之差增大,即封头与筒体连接区更易发生局部屈曲. The stress and localized buckling of connection of cylinder and head of pressure vessel are analysed by the finite element method.The results indicate that under the same internal pressure,the critical buckling load of the pressure vessel is larger when the wall thickness is larger,that is,the structure is more stable and it is not easy to appear localized buckling.With the increase of internal pressure,the stress distribution of the connecting area between the head and the cylinder remains unchanged,but the difference between the maximum and minimum values of stress increases,which means that the connection area between the head and the cylinder is easier to appear localized buckling.
