真空紫外光-TiO2催化降解气态偏二甲肼 预览

Catalytic degradation of gaseous unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine ( UDMH ) by vacuum ultraviolet -TiO2 film

摘要 以钛箔为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法及浸渍-烘焙-煅烧法制备了负载型TiO2薄膜,并进行了SEM,EDS,XRD表征。探讨了TiO2薄膜对气态偏二甲肼的光催化降解效果,并对比研究了不同紫外光源、不同初始浓度对气态偏二甲肼降解效果的影响。实验结果表明:TiO2均匀负载在钛箔上且为多孔状的薄膜;偏二甲肼质量浓度为877mg/m^3时,反应17min后偏二甲肼的降解率为99.99%,500mg/m^3时反应60min后偏二甲肼的矿化率达到41.58%. The supported TiO2 film was prepared by sol-gel method and impregnation-roasting-calcination method using titanium foil as a carrier , and characterized by SEM , EDS and XRD. The photocatalytic degradation effect of gaseous unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine ( UDMH ) by the TiO2 thin film was investigated. The effects of different ultraviolet light sources and different initial concentrations on degradation of gaseous UDMH were compared. The results showed that : TiO2 was uniformly loaded on titanium foil in the form of porous film;When the mass concentration of UDMH was 877 mg/m^3 , the degradation rate of UDMH was 99.9 % after 17 min of reaction and the mineralization rate of UDMH was 41.58 % after 60 min of reaction with 500 mg/m^3 of UDMH.
