植保机均匀性喷雾的优化控制方法 预览

摘要 喷雾均匀性是评价喷雾质量的重要指标,受多种因素的影响。为此,在植保机原有喷雾压力、喷雾高度、喷头型号的基础上,增加了PWM控制信号的频率、占空比及喷施机组的行进速度等因素对喷雾均匀性影响的分析。以约翰迪尔4130系列喷雾机作为被控对象,采用浓度-吸光度技术,确定各项影响因素的最佳取值,通过管道压力系统模型得出转速与影响因素之间的关系,采用线性二次型最优控制方法控制转速,使其有效跟踪离心泵泵后压力及PWM控制信号的占空比,实现在各种因素的影响下保证喷雾量的同时使喷雾的均匀性达到最佳。仿真结果表明:采用改进型约翰迪尔4130系列喷雾机,可以在喷雾量得到控制的同时,喷雾的均匀性达到最佳,最佳值为5.36。 The uniformity of spray is an important index for evaluating the quality of spray, which is influenced by many factors. Based on the original spray pressure, spray height and nozzle type of plant protection machine, the influence of PWM control signal frequency, duty cycle and speed of spraying unit on the uniformity of spray are increased. The John Deal 4130 series spraying machine as the object, the concentration and absorbance technology, determine the best values of the various influencing factors, through the pipeline pressure system model shows the relationship between the factors and the influence of speed, the optimal control of the linear two type speed controlling method, the effective tracking of centrifugal pump pressure and control signal for PWM the duty ratio achieved under the influence of various factors to ensure the uniformity of spray spray volume at the same time to achieve the best. The results show that the modified John Deere 4130 series spray machine, can be controlled at the same time in the spray volume, spray uniformity is the best, the best value is 5.36.
