莫来石空心球的显微结构及其性能 预览

摘要 本文以粉煤灰漂珠和工业氢氧化铝为原料,采用固相法原位合成了具有轻质高强性能的莫来石空心球。研究了粉煤灰漂珠和氢氧化铝配方组成对样品的体积密度和抗压强度的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对轻质高强特性的莫来石空心球的晶相和显微结构进行了表征,并阐述了莫来石空心球的形成机理。实验结果表明,当粉煤灰漂珠与氢氧化铝的质量比从35:65变化到55:45时,可以获得被覆了针状莫来石的空心球,且在该配方组成范围内合成的莫来石空心球样品具有优良的性能,抗压强度可达6.9-14MPa,体积密度低至0.48-0.66g/cm3。这些结果表明使用粉煤灰漂珠与氢氧化铝制备的莫来石空心球在轻质材料中具有潜在的应用前景。 In this paper, lightweight and high-strength mullite samples with hollow sphere structure were prepared by in situ solid-phase method using fly ash floating beads and industrial aluminum hydroxide. The influence of fly ash floating beads and industrial aluminum hydroxide formulation on the bulk density and the compressive strength of the samples were investigated. The crystalline phases and microstructure of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The formation mechanism of mullite hollow spheres was also analyzed. The experimental results show that hollow spheres constructed by needle-like mullite were obtained and exhibited some attractive properties such as the compressive strength of 6.9-14 MPa, and the bulk density lowered to 0.48-0.66 g/cm^3, when the mass ratio of fly ash floating beads and industrial aluminum hydroxide changed from 35 : 65 to 55 : 45. These results demonstrate mullite hollow spheres prepared from flyash floating beads and industrial aluminum hydroxide have potential applications in the manufacture of lightweight materials.
