预应力灌浆波纹管预制拼装桥墩抗震性能分析 预览

Seismic performance analysis of prestressing prefabricated bridge piers with grouting bellows

摘要 为研究预应力灌浆波纹管节段拼装桥墩的抗震性能,在灌浆波纹管节段拼装桥墩拟静力试验的基础上,采用纤维梁柱单元建立预应力灌浆波纹管节段拼装桥墩的计算模型,对预应力筋布置位置、预应力筋配筋率和预应力筋初始应力等的影响进行了参数分析,以得到抗震性能更优的预应力灌浆波纹管预制拼装桥墩,并根据对残余变形的计算方法进行了分析。研究发现,预应力筋初始拉应力使得墩柱截面轴压比为10%~15%,预应力筋配筋率为0.30%~0.60%左右时,峰值抗力和极限承载能力有较大提高,残余位移相对较小,累计能量耗散较大。预应力灌浆波纹管预制拼装桥墩能提供更好的自复位能力,震后残余位移较小,各项性能参数总体上要好于非预应力灌浆波纹管预制拼装桥墩。根据日本规范提出预应力灌浆波纹管预制拼装桥墩残余位移的计算公式可以为工程实践提供参考。 In order to study the seismic performance of prestressingprefabricateassembly piers connected with grouting metal corrugated pipe,on the basis of pseudo-static tests of prefabricate assembly piers connected with grouting metal corrugated pipe,the computation model of prestressing prefabricate assembly piers connected with grouting metal corrugated pipe established by using fiber beam-column element,the influence of the location of prestressing tendons、the reinforcement ratio of prestressing tendons and the initial stress of tendons is analyzed to obtain the prestressing prefabricate assembly piers connected with grouting metal corrugated pipe with better seismic performance,and the calculation method of residual deformation is analyzed. It is found that the initial tensile stress of prestressing tendon makes the axial compression ratio of pier cross section is 10%~ 15% and the prestressing tendon reinforcement ratio of 0. 30%~ 0. 60%,the peak resistance and ultimate bearing capacity are greatly increased. And the residual displacement is relatively small,the cumulative energy dissipation larger. Prestressing prefabricate assembly piers connected with grouting metal corrugated pipe can provide better self-resetting ability,the residual displacementafter the earthquakeis smaller,and the various performance parameters are better than the non-prestress-ing prefabricate assembly piers connected with grouting metal corrugated pipe. According to the Japanese standard,the formula of residual displacements of prestressing prefabricate assembly piers connected with grouting metal corrugated pipe can be provided for engineering practice.
