独立学院青年教师抗逆力模型及干预硏究 预览

Research on Resilience Model and Intervention of Young Teachers in Independent Colleges

摘要 为了探讨团体辅导和拓展训练两种干预方法对独立学院青年教师抗逆力水平的影响,提高独立学院青年教师身心健康水平,以心理韧性量表、工作满意度量表和总体幸福感量表为评估工具,在江西省某独立学院遵循自愿原则招募青年教师67人,以团体辅导和拓展训练的形式对其进行干预。结果表明:团体辅导干预后,实验A组抗逆力提升了8.26,工作满意度提升了2.03,总体幸福感提升了3.77;拓展训练干预后,实验B组抗逆力提升了10.88,工作满意度提升了3.4,总体幸福感提升了4.99,差异均有统计学意义;实验B组抗逆力各因子得分及总分、工作满意度和总体幸福感均高于实验A组,差异具有显著性。 In order to explore the influence of group counseling and outreach training on the level of resilience of young teachers in independent colleges, and improve their physical and mental health, scales of psychological resilience, job satisfaction and overall well-being are used as tools to evaluate 67 young teachers recruited on a voluntary basis in an independent college in Jiangxi province, intervened in the form of group counseling and outreach training. The results showed that after the group counseling intervention, the resilience of the experimental group A increased by 8.26, the job satisfaction increased by 2.03, and the overall happiness increased by 3.77. After the training intervention, the experimental group B improved the resistance by 10.88, and job satisfaction by 3.4, the overall happiness by 4.99. And the difference was statistically significant. The scores and total scores, work satisfaction and overall well-being of the resilience factors of the experimental group B were higher than those of the experimental group A, and the difference was apparent.
