Affected by the changes in the domestic economic situation, the reduced peaking capacity of the thermal power unit during the heating period and the counter peaking of wind power, the peak-to-valley difference in the North China power grid is increasing, and the peaking pressure of the power grid is intensifying. Combining with the flexibility transformation of a direct-regulating power plant in Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid, this paper discusses the key technologies to realize deep peak shaving of power grids by AGC closed loop. It provides reference for the deep peak adjustment of related thermal power generation enterprises.
