零切迹颈前路椎间融合固定系统治疗颈椎病的效果观察 预览

摘要 目的:观察零切迹颈前路椎间融合固定系统治疗颈椎病的早期效果。方法:从颈椎病患者中抽取66例,常规组采用药物保守治疗,试验组行零切迹颈前路椎间融合固定系统术治疗,比较分析两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组患者VAS疼痛评分为(2.12±0.08)分,明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗有效率为96.96%,明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:零切迹颈前路椎间融合固定系统治疗颈椎病的早期效果显著,可推广应用。 Objective To observe the early effect of zero-incision cervical anterior interbody fusion system in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Method Sixty-six patients were enrolled in patients with cervical spondylosis who were received. The routine group received drug-reported treatment. The experimental group underwent zero-incision cervical anterior intervertebral space. Fusion fixation system surgery- The clinical efficacy was then analyzed. Results After treatment,the VAS pain score of the experimental group was (2. 12 ±0. 08),which was significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P <0. 05). The effective rate of the experimental group was 96. 96%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P <0. 05). Conclusion The early effect of zero-incision cervical anterior interbody fusion system in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is significant and can be applied.
