铜包铝双金属连铸复合导线退火工艺的研究

摘要 采用氮气加压充芯连铸工艺,制备出外径为12mm,内径为8mm的铜包铝双金属复合连棒坯。连铸坯在不经退火的情况下经过多道次拉拔,制备出直径为0.6mm的复合线材。所制备铜包铝复合线表面光滑圆整,无凹痕、裂纹等缺陷,在加工的各个阶段,铜铝包覆比基本一定。对拉拔后的复合导线经1h不同温度退火测试,在温度为450℃时获得了较优良的综合性能,其抗拉强度为208.43MPa,伸长率为13.44%,电阻率为2.454×10^-8Ω·m,主要性能符合铜包铝线电子行业标准的要求。 The copper cladding aluminum composite rod with 12 mm in outer diameter and 8 mm in inner diameter was prepared by continuous casting with nitrogen pressure and core-filling.The composite wire with 0.6 mm in diameter was manufactured by multi-passes drawing without annealing.Copper cladding aluminum wire prepared has smooth surface with absence of dent and cracks as well as other defects,meanwhile,the ratio of copper and aluminum keeps stable at different stages of processing.The drawn composite wires were annealed at different temperatures for 1 h.The results show that the satisfied comprehensive performances can be obtained at 450℃,where tensile strength,elongation and direct current resistivity reach 208.43 MPa,13.44%and 2.454×10^-8Ω·m,respectively,meeting the requirement of electronic industry standard.
