Under the background of "Healthy China" strategy, the reform of medical and health service system has shifted its fo. cus from the demand side to the supply side. Deepening the reform of public hospitals is the key to the success of the supply-side reform of the medical and health service system. It is found that there are risk factors of economic self-harm and moral self-harm in public hos. pitals when exploring the internal regulations of the deepening reform of public hospitals in an unexpected direction. This article system. atically introduces the connotation characteristics of economic self-harm and moral self-harm in public hospitals, and the connotation characteristics and formation mechanism of the dual dilemma of economic self-harm and moral self-harm in public hospitals. It also ex. pounds the realistic manifestations of the dual dilemma from four aspects, including revenue-seeking supply behavior, medical cost con. trol, cancellation of drug addition policy, and implementation of clinical pathway management.
