七年制临床医学专业学生对法医学课程及教学的认知调查 预览

摘要 目的 采用问卷调查的形式了解郑州大学七年制临床医学专业学生对法医学课程及教学的需求、认知、认可水平,以期指导法医学教学内容的调整和教学方式的改革,进一步提高郑州大学法医学课程的教学质量。方法 以无记名调查问卷方式对已修完法医学课程的291名七年制临床医学专业学生进行调查。结果 98.97%(288/291)的学生认为有必要学习法医学课程;96.91%(282/291)的学生对法医学课程非常重视;81.44%(237/291)的学生认为法医学课程时间安排合理;认为不上课的原因为懒惰(思想不端正)、医院实习、备考出国及其他的学生分别占53.26%(155/291)、66.67%(194/291)、37.11%(108/291)、22.68%(66/291)。58.76%(171/291)的学生希望教学方式更多样化;72.51%(211/291)的学生认为开设法医学课程实验课或实践课有必要;认为能通过增加考勤、计算平时分数,提高老师个人魅力、改变教学模式,端正学生学习态度,学校严禁医院留下未完成学业的医学生见习提高课堂出勤率的方法的学生分别占50.52%(147/291)、68.38%(199/291)、6.87%(20/291)、0.69%(2/291);89.35%(260/291)的学生认为考核方式应为开卷。82.82%(241/291)的学生认为《法医学》教材合理;对教材的建议为通俗易懂、详略得当,增加真实案例,增加彩图及本校教师参与编辑的学生分别占13.75%(40/291)、10.31%(30/291)、9.62%(28/291)、0.69%(2/291),对教材无建议的学生占65.64%(191/291)。结论 绝大多数临床医学生希望法医学教学方式更多样化,半数以上学生建议开设法医学实验课或实践课,为今后从教学内容、教学方式、实践课程等方面进行法医学教学改革提供理论支持。 Objective The questionnaire survey forms were used to understand the needs, cognition and recognition level of seven-year clinical medicine students in Zhengzhou University on forensic medicine course and teaching, in order to guide the adjustment of forensic teaching content and the reform of teaching methods, to further improve the teaching quality of forensic medicine course in Zhengzhou University. Methods A total of 291 seven-year clinical medical students who had finished forensic medicine course were investigated by anonymous questionnaire. Results The proportion of the students who thought it was necessary to study forensic medicine course was 98.97%(288/291). The proportion of the students who attached great importance to forensic medicine course was 96.91%(282/291). The proportion of the students who thought the timetable of forensic medicine course was reasonable was 81.44%(237/291). The students who thought the reasons for not attending classes were laziness (incorrect thinking), hospital internship, preparing for examination abroad and others accounted for 53.26%(155/291), 66.67%(194/291), 37.11%(108/291) and 22.68%(66/291), respectively. The proportion of the students who hoped more diversified teaching methods was 58.76%(171/291). The proportion of the students who believed it was necessary to open experiments or practice course in forensic medicine was 72.51%(211/291). The students who thought it can improve classroom attendance by increasing attendance and calculating ordinary scores, increasing teachers' personal charm and changing teaching mode, correcting student's learning attitude, forbidding hospitals from leaving unfinished medical students on probation through school accounted for 50.52%(147/291), 68.38%(199/291), 6.87%(20/291), 0.69%(2/291), respectively. The proportion of the students who thought the examination method should be open-book was 89.35%( 260/291 ).
