适用于同塔四回输电线路的保护性能评估系统 预览

A protection performance evaluation system for four-circuit transmission lines on the same tower

摘要 输电线路同塔四回线路架设日益普遍,线间复杂的电磁耦合关系给继电保护整定计算与电网安全运行带来了新的挑战。在此背景下,设计一种同塔四回输电线路保护性能评估系统,系统主体结构涵盖当前同塔四回输电线路的所有架设形式,并能灵活可调以适应实际线路结构。输入线路结构参数、接入电网信息等数据后,评估系统自动进行故障扫描,根据各种故障情形下保护的动作情况进行加权计算,获得对应的保护性能评估值,给出最恶劣情况下保护系统的安全性评估结果,并进一步对保护整定的合理性、新型保护原理或对策的实用性、系统运行及线路检修方式的安全性等进行合理评估。 With the developing of four-circuit transmission lines on the same tower, the complicated electromagnetic coupling relationship between lines brings new challenges to the traditional relay protection and safe operation of power grid. On this situation, an evaluation system of protection performance is proposed for the four-circuit transmission lines on the same tower. The main structure covers all the erection forms of current four-circuit transmission lines of the same tower and can be flexibly adjusted to suit the actual line structure. After inputting data of line structure parameters and grid information, the system fault scanning runs automatically. Then, evaluation values of corresponding protection performance are calculated according to the action situation of protection under various fault conditions and the safety evaluation result of protection system is given for the worst case as well. Besides, an example is included to verify the effectiveness of proposed evaluation systems including the rationality of protection setting, the practicality of new protection principle or countermeasure, the safety of system operation and the way of line overhauling, etc.
