The stmctural design of the cutting head of the EBZ150 roadheader is unreasonable, and the strength of the two parts of the cutter and the cutter seat is insufficient. The crawler plate of the walking system of the roadheader is prone to plastic deformation, which finally leads to the fracture of the crawler plate. In order to solve these problems, by modifying the structure of cutting system and walking system, the torsional moment of cutting head is reduced and the strength of track plate is strengthened. At the same time, the hydraulic booster device is added to improve the climbing efficiency of the roadheader and improve the performance of the roadheader as a whole.
