Tb^3+/Sm^3+共掺杂荧光粉K3Gd3B4O12的制备和多色发光性能研究 预览

Synthesis and Multi-color Luminescent Properties of Tb^3+/Sm^3+-Codoped K3Gd3B4O12 Phosphor

摘要 通过高温固相法制备了一系列K3Gd3B4O12:xTb^3+(x=0.4-1.0),K3Gd3B4O12:0.8Tb^3+,ySm^3+(y=0.02-0.8)和K3Gd3B4O12:0.1Sm^3+荧光材料.并对它们的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了系统研究,并通过荧光光谱对Tb^3+到Sm^3+的能量转移进行验证分析.另一方面,我们通过固定Tb^3+的含量,控制Sm^3+的掺杂量,可以得到从绿光、黄光、橙色光的发射.因此,K3Gd3B4O12:0.8Tb^3+,ySm^3+(y=0.02-0.8)材料可作为多色荧光粉在白光LED方面有着潜在的应用前景. A series of Tb^3+-Sm^3+-codoped phosphors Ks Gde B:O1g:xTb^3+(x=0.4-1.0),KaGds B4O12:0.8Tb^3+,ySm^3+(y=0.02-0.8)and Ks Gds B4O12:0.1Sm^3+have been prepared by a high-temperature solid-state reaction,and their crystal structure,morphology and luminescence properties have been investigated in detail.The energy transfer process from Tb+to Sm3+Was verified through luminescence spectra.By controlling the doping content of the Sm+ions with the fixed Tb^3+content,the emission color of the obtained phosphors could be easily modulated from green to yellow and then to orange.All the results indicate that the series of Ks Gd3-y-,B4O12:0.8Tb^3+,ySm^3+phosphors can be acted as a good multi-color phosphor for white light emitting diodes.
