From the perspective of material properties, this paper analyzed the influence of cement dosage on the mechanical properties of dry shrinkage, temperature-shrinkage cracks and stabilized materials, as well as the influence of moisture content on early cracks, and compared the crack resistance of skeleton compacted structure and suspension compacted structure.Based on the analysis of various influencing factors in material selection and construction of cement stabilized graded macadam base in engineering cases, we can conclude that attention should be paid to the material and stone processing technology of raw materials, mix design, moisture content control and segregation control in construction, which is helpful to prevent early cracks.
