高剂量水泥稳定级配碎石基层的早期裂缝成因分析与预防 预览

摘要 从材料特性的角度分析了水泥剂量增加对干缩、温缩裂缝和对稳定类材料力学性质的影响及含水率对早期裂缝的影响,进行了骨架密实结构与悬浮密实结构的抗裂性能比较;通过对工程案例中水泥稳定级配碎石基层在选材、施工环节出现的各种影响要素的分析,总结出预防早期裂缝应注重原材料的材质与石料加工工艺、配合比设计、施工环节含水率的控制、离析的控制。 From the perspective of material properties, this paper analyzed the influence of cement dosage on the mechanical properties of dry shrinkage, temperature-shrinkage cracks and stabilized materials, as well as the influence of moisture content on early cracks, and compared the crack resistance of skeleton compacted structure and suspension compacted structure.Based on the analysis of various influencing factors in material selection and construction of cement stabilized graded macadam base in engineering cases, we can conclude that attention should be paid to the material and stone processing technology of raw materials, mix design, moisture content control and segregation control in construction, which is helpful to prevent early cracks.
