基于SCADE开发的SDMC在堆芯功率控制中的应用 预览

摘要 在压水堆(PWR)核电站中,使用传统的PID算法难以完成堆芯功率的自动控制。使用阶梯式策略对动态矩阵预测控制(DMC)的控制率求解进行改进,得到了阶梯式动态矩阵预测控制(SDMC)算法,并将其应用于压水堆堆芯,以实现堆芯功率的自动控制。同时,为使算法更好地应用于工程实际,结合高安全性的应用开发环境(SCADE)平台,依据SCADE软件的程序设计流程,以模型驱动的方式完成图形化建模,并自动生成可直接面向工程的安全嵌入式代码。在SCADE平台中完成相应的软件和开发,通过堆芯功率大范围变工况试验以及与PID和Fuzzy-PID算法的仿真对比结果可知:SDMC能快速、准确地跟踪堆芯功率变化,达到了较好的效果。该研究结果表明了在SCADE环境下进行软件算法开发的可行性和优越性。 In pressurized water reactor(PWR)nuclear power plants,it is difficult to control the core power automatically by using traditional PID algorithm.The stepwise strategy is used to improve the control rate of dynamic matrix predictive control(DMC),and the stepped dynamic matrix predictive control(SDMC)algorithm is obtained and applied to PWR core to realize the automatic control of core power.At the same time,in order to make the algorithm better applied in engineering practice,combining with the security-critical application development environment(SCADE)platform,and according to the program design process of SCADE software,the graphical modeling is accomplished in a model-driven way,and the secure embedded code for engineering is automatically generated.The corresponding software and development are completed in SCADE platform.Through the experiment of large-scale variable power of core power and simulation comparison with PID and Fuzzy-PID algorithms,it is known that SDMC can track core power changes quickly and accurately,and achieve better results.The research results show the feasibility and superiority of software algorithm development in SCADE environment.
