Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the treatment effect of Ostrin on the perianal edema after exonucleolysis. Methods: 90 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoid exonucleolysis in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were divided into the control group (45 cases)and the observation group (45 cases)according to the random number table method, and the control group was treated with routine treatment. On the basis of the observation group, the group of Osmin was used to compare the postoperative perianal edema, the visual analogue scale (VAS), the clinical curative effect and the quality of life quality assessment questionnaire (GQOL-74). Results: Post-operative paragraph 1 On the 3rd and 7th day after operation, the scores of anal edema and VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in anal edema score and VAS score between the two groups (P>0.05), but the difference was statistically significant on the 3rd and 7th day after operation (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the scores of every dimension of GQOL I 274 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Diosmin tablets can effectively eliminate anal edema and relieve anal edema in patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids and internal ligation after operation. The pain of the door, the operation effect, and the quality of life after operation is improved.
