基于STM32的SPWM三相逆变系统设计 预览

摘要 基于正弦脉宽调制技术具有直流电压利用率高、输出电流谐波含量少等优点,研究设计了一种全数字SPWM三相逆变器系统。该系统具有高效可靠的功率管驱动电路、高精度的电气量采集电路及高开关频率的三相逆变器主电路,由STM32作为控制系统主控芯片,逆变器控制算法采用双闭环SPWM控制,设计了一个小功率三相逆变系统,并通过实验进行了验证。实验结果表明,该系统三相输出波形畸变率小于0.5%,动态性能好,能实现高精度的恒压输出控制。 Based on the advantages of sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)technology,such as high utilization of DC voltage and low harmonic content of output current,an all-digital SPWM three-phase inverter system was designed.The system has high efficiency and reliability power transistor drive circuit,high precision electric quantity acquisition circuit and high switching frequency three-phase inverter main circuit.STM32 is used as the main control chip of the control system.Inverter control algorithm adopts double closed-loop SPWM control.A small power three-phase inverter system was designed and verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the distortion rate of the three-phase output waveform of the system is less than 0.5%.The system has good dynamic performance and can achieve high precision constant voltage output control.
