Bi(Me)O3-PbTiO3型高温压电陶瓷研究进展 预览

Research Progress of Piezoelectric Ceramics Based on Bi(Me)O3-PbTiO3 with High Curie Temperature

摘要 随着高新技术的应用,对压电陶瓷的使用温度提出了越来越高的要求,进而要求开发具有高居里温度的压电陶瓷。笔者主要介绍了Bi(Me)O3-PbTiO3复合钙钛矿结构体系高温压电陶瓷的结构、性能和相关器件设计,以及其在国内外的研究现状和发展前景。 With the application of advanced technology, the operating temperature of piezoelectric ceramics is required to be higher and higher. Therefore, it is necessary to develop piezoelectric ceramics with high Curie temperature. This paper mainly introduces the structure, properties and related device design of Bi(Me)O3-PbTiO3 piezoelectric ceramics with composite perovskite structure, as well as the research status and development prospects at home and abroad.
