4043铝合金激光熔丝增材制造工艺研究

Study on Laser Additive Manufacturing Technology with 4043 Aluminum Alloy Melting Wire

摘要 送丝式增材制造方法具有节省材料、成本低、无粉末污染等优点,具有良好的发展前景。为了进行铝合金激光熔丝增材制造工艺方面的研究,试验以4043铝合金丝材为沉积材料,研究了激光功率、送丝速度及激光扫描速度对沉积单元成形形貌及成形尺寸的影响。结果表明:激光功率越大,沉积金属铺展得越均匀,沉积单元宽度越大。送丝速度和激光扫描速度主要影响丝材的沉积量。在增材制造过程中,送丝速度的增大会增加丝材的沉积量,激光扫描速度的增加会降低丝材的沉积量。 The additive manufacturing with melting wire has the advantages of material saving,low cost and no powder pollution,so it has good development prospect.In order to perform research on the laser additive manufacturing technology with aluminum alloy melting wire,taking 4043 aluminum alloy wire as deposited material in the test,the influence of laser power,wire feeding speed and laser scanning speed on the forming morphology and size of the deposited unit was studied.The results show that the larger the laser power is,the more uniform the deposited metal is,and the larger the width of the deposited unit is.The wire feeding speed and laser scanning speed mainly affect the deposited amount.In the process of additive manufacturing,the increase of wire feeding speed increases the deposited amount,and the increase of laser scanning speed reduces the deposition amount.
