磷矿尾矿料微观特性与宏观力学性质试验分析 预览

摘要 从磷矿尾矿料的成分、孔隙结构、颗粒结构、基质吸力、抗剪强度等方面,通过试验的方式研究了磷矿尾矿料的微观特性和宏观力学性质。尾矿料的孔隙多数为介孔;吸附-脱附曲线的滞回环相对较宽厚;颗粒结构特征表现为颗粒级配连续,类型为粉粒;在很小的微粒结构状态下仍然保持单粒结构。非饱和尾矿料的基质吸力很小,尾矿料的土水特征曲线斜率变化较大,持水能力差,易于脱水。随着干密度的增大,在相同饱和度下,尾矿料的抗剪强度不断增大;在同一干密度下,随着饱和度的降低尾矿料的粘聚力基本保持不变,内摩擦角略有增大。 The microscopic characteristics and macro mechanical properties of phosphate rock tailings were studied by experiments in this paper. The composition, pore structure, particle structure, matric suction and shear strength of phosphate rock tailings are discussed. The porosity of tailings is mostly mesoporous.The hysteresis loops of adsorption desorption curves are relatively generous. The particle structure is characterized by continuous particle grading and particle size. It remains the single grain structure. The matrix suction of unsaturated tailings is very small. The slope of soil water characteristic curve of tailings varies greatly. And the water holding capacity is poor, so it is easy to dehydrate. With the increase of dry density, the shear strength of tailings increases under the same degree of saturation. With the decrease of saturation, the cohesion of the tailings remained basically unchanged, and the angle of internal friction increased slightly under the same density.
