高温作业服材料厚度设计 预览

Design of work clothing thickness for high temperature operation

摘要 旨在设计一种在冶金工作条件下工人师傅身体的温度既能够保持相对适宜,且能够完成当天的工作时限的高温服装材料.高温服装通常由三层织物材料构成,文中利用一维热传导的多层高温热传导设计机理,进行织物厚度设计,并提出高温服材料的三层厚度分别是2mm、11.52mm、5.01mm的建议. The purpose of this paper is to design a high-temperature clothing that can not only maintain a relatively suitable body temperature under the metallurgical working conditions, but also complete the working time of that day. Work clothes for high-temperature operation usually consist of three layers of fabric material. In this paper, the multi-layer high-temperature heat conduction design mechanism of one-dimensional heat conduction is used to design the fabric thickness, and the suggestion that the three-layer thickness of the high-temperature clothing materials should be 2 mm, 11.52 mm, and 5.01 mm respectively is proposed.
