神经生长因子在大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的表达 预览

The expression of nerve growth factor in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats

摘要 目的:探讨神经生长因子(NGF)在实验大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的产生及其生物学作用。方法:60只大鼠随机分为3组假手术组20只,缺血组20只和再灌注组20只,在大鼠心肌梗塞模型的基础上,分别检测各组大鼠的心脏功能、血清心肌酶学指标和心肌组织NGF的含量表达并进行比较。结果:假手术组和缺血组与再灌注组实验前心脏功能比较无差异,实验后缺血组和再灌注组较假手术组的心脏功能明显下降,且随着损害时间的延长加重;血清酶学指标假手术组,缺血组和再灌注组统计学处理有显著性差异。心肌组织内NGF蛋白表达缺血组和再灌注组明显高于假手术组。结论:心肌NGF的产生及表达与心肌缺血和再灌注损伤有关,随着心肌损伤的加重NGF和心肌酶学指标的变化也呈增加趋势。NGF可能是反映心肌损伤程度和有心肺保护作用的一个新因子,值得进一步研究。 Objective:To investigate the effects of NGF on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,control group,ischemia group and reperfusion group with 20 rats in each group.On the basis of myocardial infarction model,the data of cardiac function,serum myocardial enzymology index and the content of myocardial tissue NGF expression in three groups were detected and compared.Results:The cardiac function in experimental group,control group and ischemia reperfusion group before operation has no difference.After the experiment,the heart function in ischemia group and reperfusion group were significantly decreased compared with the control group,and the damage was aggravated with the extension of time.There were significant differences in serum enzyme indexes among the contro;group,ischemia group and reperfusion group.NGF protein expression in myocardial tissue was significantly higher in the ischemia and reperfusion groups than in the control group.Conclusion:The production and expression of NGF is related to myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.With the aggravation of myocardial injury,NGF and myocardial enzyme indexes also showed an increasing trend.NGF may be a new factor reflecting the degree of myocardial injury and cardiopulmonary protective effect,which deserves further study.
