The General Principles of the Civil Law includes provisions on the validity of agency conducts implemented by the agent in an entrusted agency after the principal, as a natural person, dies. However, it is simple and can’t fully address the complicated realistic conditions. On the other hand, the General Principles of the Civil Law does not include definite provisions on the validity of agency conducts implemented by the agent in an entrusted agency after the principal, as a non-natural person, is terminated and by the agent in a legal agency after the principal dies or is terminated. In different situations, the validity of the agent’s agency conduct is also different after death or termination of the agent. The first paragraph of Article 174 of the General Provisions of the Civil Law could not be simply referred to.
