狭道整体提升平移千吨超60 m跨钢连廊技术 预览

摘要 主要阐述多列多层支座支撑体系钢连廊,在狭小通道内,安装、整体提升和高空平移施工技术。针对钢连廊安装关键工序和精确测量的控制,针对提升平移机构定位安装精度的控制,简要介绍就位后的监测,保证多列多层支座受力调试满足设计和施工质量验收的要求。 The paper mainly expounded the techniques of installation, integral lifting and high altitude translation for a multi-column multi-story support system steel corridor in narrow lane.The control of key process and precise measurement for installation of steel corridor were also discussed, as well as the control of positioning and installation accuracy for lifting and translational mechanism.The post position monitoring was introduced briefly. It was ensured that the commissioning of multi-column multi-story supports could meet the design requirements and the acceptance criteria for construction quality.
