To investigate the changes and significance of Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) receptor antibody encephalitis, anti-gamma-aminobutyric acid B receptor (GABABR) antibody encephalitis, anti-contact protein-associated protein-like protein2 (CASPR2) in patients with different types of autoimmune encephalitis after combined treatment of immunoglobulin and hormones. 70 cases of patients with autoimmune encephalitis were treated with immunoglobulin and hormone therapy. The concentrations of NMDAR, CASPR2, and GABABR in serum and cerebrospinal fluid before and after drug treatment were compared and analyzed. Serum NMDAR concentrations in patients with anti-NMDAR encephalitis significantly decreased after treatment;CASPR2 concentrations in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with anti-CASPR2 encephalitis decreased significantly;GABABR in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with anti-GABABR encephalitis increased significantly ( P <0.05). The levels of NMDAR, CASPR2 and GABABR in patients with different types of autoimmune encephalitis are abnormal. The combination of clinical use of immunoglobulin and hormone can effectively relieve and treat autoimmune encephalitis diseases.
