针对飞机典型零件传统建模方法存在的大量重复性参数查询与手动输入问题,提出了一种飞机典型零件的参数化建模方法.利用CAA(Component Application Architecture)技术,在VisualStudio2005环境下对CATIAV5进行二次开发,针对零件类型、构件要素和参数化建模步骤的封装,建立了飞机典型零件模型及其模型库.基于该模型库,在实际应用中,根据设计要求依次点选构件要素,可实现飞机典型零件模型的快速创建.测试结果表明,使用飞机典型零件的参数化建模方法能够将建模效率提高25%以上.
There are many typical parts with similar structure and reusable parts in aircraft parts. Traditional modeling methods that it required the repetitive operation of parameter queries and manual input leaded to reduce the design quality and modeling efficiency of typical parts. In order to improve this the parameterized modeling method was proposed for typical parts of the plane. The second-hand development of CATIA V5 was carried out by CAA(Component Application Architecture)in Visual Studio 2005 environment. By means of encapsulation of parts types, component elements and parameterized modeling methods, the design template was set up and the establishment of model base was completed for typical aircraft parts. In the practical application process, according to the design requirements, typical aircraft parts model was rapidly created by selecting component elements. The result showed that the parameterized modeling method improve the design efficiency and laid the foundation for the subsequent simulation processing.
