复杂软土盾构隧道横断面抗震时程分析 预览

摘要 为研究复杂软土场地中盾构隧道的地震响应,以天津 Z2 线一期工程为例,结合地质勘察报告和地震安全性评价报告,建立复杂软土场地中盾构隧道横断面抗震计算的 ABAQUS 模型,并编制了用于土体材料参数非线性迭代的 Python 程序.计算模型边界采用黏弹性边界,地震动采用等效结点力的形式输入,土体材料的非线性采用等价线性方法考虑,混凝土材料采用塑性损伤模型.计算并提取了隧道管片弯矩最大时刻对应的管片内力,分析了安评地震波作用下的盾构管片横截面内力响应特征.研究表明,小震和中震作用下管片受到的静力荷载起主要控制作用,大震的地震作用对管片内力分布形式具有较大的影响;初始地应力对盾构管片内力大小和分布具有重要影响;在初始地应力和地震联合作用下,盾构管片的最大正弯矩出现在拱底邻近位置,最大负弯矩出现在两侧拱腰邻近位置;盾构管片设计时应当加强对两侧拱腰、拱顶和拱底的构造措施. Owing to the continuous construction and development of tunnels in China,passing through complex soft soil sites is unavoidable during the process of designing the tunnel routes,which is disadvantageous in ensuring the earthquake-resistant behavior of the resulting tunnels.Herein,a seismic analysis model was established using ABAQUS to study the seismic response of the shield tunnel in the complex soft soil site of the first phase in the Tianjin Z2 line project,which is in accordance with the geological survey report and the seismic safety evaluation report.The model’s boundary is viscoelastic and ground motion is inputted in the form of equivalent nodal force.A Python program is used to realize the nonlinear iteration of the soil’s material properties with the equivalent linear method.The plastic damage model is adopted for the concrete material.The internal force of the tunnel segments is calculated and extracted corresponding to the moment when the bending moment is at its maximum.The characteristics of the internal force response under the safety assessment seismic waves are also analyzed.Results show that the static load on the segments plays a main controlling role for the action of small and medium earthquakes,whereas the seismic action of large earthquakes has a great influence on the distribution of the internal force.The initial ground stress also has an important influence on the internal force in shield segments and its distribution.With the combined action of initial ground stress and earthquake stress,the maximum positive bending moment of shield segments appears near the arch bottom,whereas the maximum negative bending moment appears near the arch waist on both sides.During the process of designing a shield tunnel,the construction measures in the arch waist on both sides, arch top,and arch bottom should be strengthened.
